The Logan was a very well thought of project by Avira Homes. Sitting on Logan directly across Withrow park, this one was a home run. It came with many complexities such as being in Riverdale where homes are very close to eachother / working with tight spaces. This 3 storey home sits on a skinny 20ft frontage lot which means you have only so much space to work with. We worked with what we had it made it the best it can be. Essentially we took apart the half floor above the second level and make it into the master floor with a breathtaking terrace.  Such a special pocket like this demands a home on this scale and it will be one in the books that will be remembered forever. We also underpinned the basement and re-built the garage in the rear. The home was done up from A-Z.
