The Kent was a very interesting project. This 18ft Frontage Semi Detached steps to Woodbine Beach grabs so many eyes & looks amazing. We took a very unkept and torn down home into a gem. With a small footprint of space to work with, we did everything to maximize every space of the home. We treated the bricks and painted them to black/grayish colour which with the black trim windows looked amazing. Everything from the inside was completely ripped apart and re-done. Special Acoustic insulation was put on the wall between both semis to add additional noise protection from the neighbour. Skylight was installed on the roof transmitting great natural light into the second floor. What a great turnout!
